Criterion09/ is extensively resourced: case studies (Pocket Prep, EasyRetail, Australian Curriculum Platform), beta testing plan templates at three levels, test scenario templates and examples (FitTrack, morning jog), data collection methods and templates (including Centercode), beta testing execution guide, report guides and examples, and modification recommendations. This is one of the most thoroughly covered criteria.
